We appointed a new Volunteer Manager at the AGM. This person is responsible for the support and training of volunteers. The PR working party are responsible for raising the profile of the group in order to attract volunteers. Maintaining sufficient well trained volunteers is one the most challenging areas for the group. All of our volunteers are DRB checked.
