**Objects:** TO ACT AS A RESOURCE FOR GIRLS FROM MINORITY ETHNIC COMMUNITIES, PRIMARILY BUT AGED FROM 14 TO 18 IN LONDON BY PROVIDING ADVICE AND ASSISTANCE AND ORGANISING EDUCATIONAL AND CAREER DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMMES AS A MEANS OF:(A) ADVANCING IN LIFE AND HELPING YOUNG PEOPLE BY DEVELOPING THEIR SKILLS, CAPACITIES AND CAPABILITIES TO ENABLE THEM TO PARTICIPATE IN SOCIETY AS INDEPENDENT, MATURE AND RESPONSIBLE INDIVIDUALS;(B) ADVANCING EDUCATION; AND(C) RELIEVING UNEMPLOYMENT.

**Activities:** The charity works with secondary schools and colleges to create programmes to support the academic and career development of  youth.
