Respective responsibilities of the Board of Trustees and Independent Examiner The Board of Trustees is responsible for the preparation of the financial statements. It is our responsibil- ity to form an independent opinion, based on our work, on those statements and to report our opinion to you. Basis of Independent Examiner's Report An examination includes a review of the accounting records kept by the Charity and a compari50n of the accounts presented with those records. It also includes consideration of any unusual items or disclo- sures in the accounts, seeking explanation5 from the Board ofTrustees concerning any such matters.
