Aim Hi generates income through: Fundraising activities Seeking appropriate donations All meetings included discussion to confirm the trustees have had regard to the Charitv Commission's guidance on public benefit and were consistent with the objectives of Aim Hi. Achievements and Performance Fund Raising We have reinstated our Easter Egg Raffle and Christmas Fayre raising really encouraging sums Christmas Card sales also bring in a modest, but welcome amount We were successful in receiving £1,000 grant from Colchester Borough Homes to support a SEND Parents Group on the Estate, unfortunately due to staff illness this has not yet been put into place, but funds remain restricted in our account. Structure, Governance and Management Alm HI has the constitutlon of a Charitable Incorporated Organisation Regular trustee meetings are held, Efforts are made to recrult trustees from the local school community although thls year thls was not possible. No vote Is requlred for this purpose. We rely on a dedicated group of volunteers to provide support at large events.
