Section D Achievements and performance
Summary of the main achievements of the charity during the year
The completion of a community centre in Kiti village Uganda which provides a base for a youth training project, childrens activities, a medical clinic and a church
The running of a child sponsorship scheme enabling the children of Kiti village to receive an education which their families cannot afford
The planning and building of 3 storey 12 classroom school in Kiti, this is currently nearing the completion of the second storey
The introduction of a piped clean water supply and the installation of a flush toilet for the community centre
The establishing of a youth training cooperative which is now generation income for those involved
The organising of a church leadership course from which 140 people have graduated in the last three years
During the covid pandemic the charity has organised supervised home schooling for the sponsored children and has assisted in supplying food to the families of the children
