# **Elnöki beszámoló** 

A MAKI suli negyedik éve is mozgalmasan telt,  rendszeres alkalmainkkor és eseményeinken 100 körüli létszámban jöttünk össze. Mindannyian, önkéntesek lelkesen indultunk és nagy örömmel láttuk, hogy kialakult egy rendszeres tagságunk, és összetartó közösség alakult ki. 

A tavalyi év folyamán összesen 36 család regisztrált az első és második félévben 

Iden is megtartottuk nyari taborunkat es rengeteg programmal szorakoztattuk a kicsiket es nagyokat 

Sok sikert és vidámságot kívánok a következő évre, új elnökünknek és a kedves tagságnak.

## **Chair’s report** 

The fouth functional year had been a busy one for the MAKI school, with about 100-150 participants taking part in our regular activities. By this current year, we have reached a stage when we have a core membership which formed a supportive network of friends and many of our members became enthusiastic, supportive volunteers. 

Over the last academic year, we had 36 families as registered members at MAKi, in the first and second term, respectively. 

As a tradition we had our summer camp and also had numerous cultural programmes, mainly aimed at children but some for adults also.

# **MAKI Annual General Meetng predictve report 5th Aug 2020** 

## **Financial Report** 

The 2019-2` academic year did not exactly work out as planned as we could not have any face to face activity since February. In spite of all these events, our charity closed the financial year with a positive balance. In view of events during the COVID19 crisis, we propose that memberships paid for the second half of this year will carry forward to the next academic year, in order to compensate those members who already paid their membership when we had to close our school. 

This year we received again a grant by the Hungarian Bethlen Fund for the running of the school. With the help of this financial support, our school has a stable financial background.
