Para 1.20 | In 2023 we run two training sessions a week from early spring until late autumn. During the winter period we kept our Sunday morning sessions and provided weekly circuit trainings to maintain the fitness levels of our members. During 2023 we provided dragon boat training sessions for several groups (e.g. scouts and charity groups) and also participated three of the race events organised by our umbrella organisation, the British Dragon Boat Racing Association. |
