Para 1.20 In 2022 we run two training sessions a week
from early spring until late autumn. During
the winter period we kept our Sunday
morning sessions and provided weekly
circuit trainings to maintain the fitness levels
of our members.
On 22nd July we participated at the
Commonwealth Queen’s Baton Relay
carrying the baton and the baton bearer,
Rebecca Redfern, across the River Severn.
During 2022 we provided dragon boat
training sessions for several groups and also
participated at the Nationals race event
organised by our umbrella organisation, the
British Dragon Boat Racing Association.
