To whom it may concern,
This letter is to confirm that we Tailored Accounting Ltd have reviewed the accounting transactions in Xero relating to the latest financial year.
We can confirm the transactions adhere to all accounting standards and regulations, please see a few minor points below:
-
I would advise to upload all receipts into Xero when completing the bank allocation
-
Depreciation of office and computer equipment in the balance sheet is not taking place. In general any item that is part of a fixed asset and not part of the profit and loss account should be written off over a 3-5 year period (this is essentially a paper exercise) which will lower the reported profit
-
Limit the user of ‘General Expenses’ however this equates to an immaterial balance of £26.97
-
The rounding balance of £3.95 can be written off to the profit and loss as this is an immaterial balance
Many thanks,
