Within this year, we have with the help of Grants and Activities held in the centre have been able to provide the following and paid for the following 

Legionella risk assessment £210.00 which then all members did a free risk assessment course 

We received a £5000 grant from the Arts Council which paid for the Mosaic from Susan Warlock and the mounting of it in the hall. 

We also received £500 from believe housing to hold a Jubilee party and £100 from DCC for decorations. Also, we received from DCA a grant for £627.40 for our Wi-Fi. 

We paid the 1[st] instalment on our plans for the kitchen and toilets project which was £815.00 

We also secured a Grant for training where we were able to purchase a laptop and printer for the centre £700 and provide training for trustees and volunteers in cosh, safeguarding, health and hygiene, risk assessment, pat testing to name a few. 

We had the 2[nd] instalment of the plans to pay £815 which is £1630 in total for our new kitchen and toilets, the spire needed to be repaired due to weather conditions and leaking and we couldn’t wait around for funding we paid £4650 for it to be repaired. 

We also paid £610 for CCTV for not only the buildings safety but also everyone using the buildings safety
