## **1.IN LINE WITH OUR REGISTRATION GUIDELINE ISSUED BY CHARITY COMMISSION, EYE CARE FOR ZAMBIA ,UNDERTOOK THE FOLLOWING ACTIVITES FOR THE YEAR 01/04/2025 TO 31/03/2026** 

Trustee report: 

1. The charity did not take any trip to Zambia in the year. 

2. The charity offered free eye services support remotely 

3. The charity was on the process of preparing to make donations of ophthalmic consumables & medical equipment  (machines) 

4. To the best of our knowledge we wish to confirm that all our activities were done in line with the charity commission requirements 

5. During this period we did not acquire any other assets such as property. 

6. Generally we are pleased to confirm that the state of the charity and the health thereof gives us no reasonable concern.
