## **EYE CARE FOR ZAMBIA TRUSTEES REPORT FOR 2023/2024** 

## **1.IN LINE WITH OUR REGISTRATION GUIDELINE ISSUED BY CHARITY COMMISSION, EYE CARE FOR ZAMBIA ,UNDERTOOK THE FOLLOWING ACTIVITES FOR THE YEAR 2023/2024** 

- Trustee report: 

1. We undertook a charity trip to Zambia with 3 medical doctors and 1 nurse. 

2.offered free eye services and treated over 500 patients 

C. We made donations of ophthalmic consumables & medical equipment  (machines) 

3.To the best of our knowledge we wish to confirm that all our activities were done in line with the charity commission requirements 

4. During this period we did not acquire   any other assets such as property. 

5. Generally we are pleased to confirm that the state of the charity and the health thereof gives us no reasonable concern.
