## TRUSTEES REPORT 2019/2020 EAR CARE FOR ZAMBIA 

## 1.IN LINE WITH OUR REGISTRATION GUIDELINE ISSUED BY CHARITY COMMISSION, EYE CARE FOR ZAMBIA ,UNDERTOOK THE FOLLOWING ACTIVITES FOR THE YEAR 2022/2023: 

- We ……undertook virtual Training to eye doctors and nursing staff. 

- we …offered free eye care services and treated over 280 patients. 

- We mobilised equipment, instruments, and aid which we donated to Zambia. 

2. To the best of our knowledge we wish to confirm that all our activities were done in line with the charity commission requirements 

3. We have added one member  to the trustee’s body 

4. During this period we did not acquire   any other assets such as property. 

5. Generally we are pleased to confirm that the state of the charity and the health thereof gives us no reasonable concern.
