## **TRUSTEES REPORT 2019/2020 EYE CARE FOR ZAMBIA** 

## **1.IN LINE WITH OUR REGISTRATION GUIDELINE ISSUED BY CHARITY COMMISSION, EAR CARE FOR ZAMBIA ,UNDERTOOK THE FOLLOWING ACTIVITES FOR THE YEAR 2019/2020:** 

1. Virtual course 1 Plastics Surgeries 6 weeks:  to over 35 eye doctors in Zambia and Mozambique. 

2. Virtual Refraction course 1 (4weeks):  over 50 students. 

3. Shipped donations to Zambia as we could not travel due to covid 19. 

4. To the best of our knowledge we wish to confirm that all our activities were done is line with the charity commission requirements 

5. We have based on this report made changes  to the trustee’s body 

6. During this period we did not acquire   such as property was acquired. 

7. Generally we are pleased to confirm that the state of the charity and the health there of gives us no reasonable concern.
