The Charity has been able to function properly with regard to group hire again after Covid.  Although a few groups are still on reduced hire rates until their full membership returns.

It has been decided that The Association will endeavour to keep one year's worth of running costs along with redundancy money for three staff as a contingency fund. Some of this may have to be used to offset the groups that did not return to using the Centre after Covid.

To fill any vacant time slots with new groups.  We have limited spaces to fill due to some groups not coming back after Covid.

ACHIEVEMENTS AND PERFORMANCE
Activities

The charity has managed to raise the inGomefrc¥n hire of accommod8tioD sfightty higher than last yéar.
We were able lo hokl a Christmas Raffie last year akng with Ihe sales of donated iterrts.

disp8ns8r and crtsp di8penser have also b6en in use throughout the y8ar helping in raising tha funds.
Current aconomlc situation and events In Ukraln¢ continue to ¢ontribthe to market uncertalnty. As
result, the Charity Close￿ monttors their ongoirvJ impact upon the actrvitigs. While there are broader
economlc Impllcallons of events in Ukraine, such as In¢￿ase$ in energy prtcag. rlslng pr8s8ur8 on the
Inflation rates, thor8 are no direct financial ￿n$•qUan¢¢$ f￿ the charity.
FINANCIAL REVIEW
Financi81 Position
The Management Commlttee r8vl8wed the accounts arKI declared thé Associ8tton to b8 In a healthy
f￿ancIal position. Amhough the charity has raised the funds higher in 9on•ral. there has been no major
I back on the expenses resuliing in a finan￿al deficit in thg year. Last year Ihe Covid grants reGeNed
helped to malntain Ihe surplus position of the tharity.

The charlty's Trustees conslder that an audit is not reoulred for thls year under section 144121 of the
Charltles Act 2011 Ithe 2011 Act) and that an independent examination is needed.
I report In respett of my examlnation of the Assc*latlon's accounts carried out under section 145 of
the 2011 Act and In carrylng my examination, I have followed all the appllcable Directions given by
the Charity Commlssion under section 14515llbl of the Act.

The accounts have been prepared In accordance with the second edition of the Charfcies
Statement of Recommended Prartice issued in October 2019 and the Charities Act 2011.
The accounts have been prepared under the historical cost convention or Iransaction value
unless otherwlsè stated In the relevant note to the accounts.
The Association operates from a building owned by London Borough of Ealing under a one
year rolling lease. To date this been renewed annually. On this basis the accounts have
been prepared on the going concem basls.

Association Is legally entitled to the income and the afflount can be quantifie(J wlth
reaKJnable accuracy.

f￿ancIal position. Amhough the charity has raised the funds higher in 9on•ral. there has been no major
I back on the expenses resuliing in a finan￿al deficit in thg year. Last year Ihe Covid grants reGeNed
helped to malntain Ihe surplus position of the tharity.

The accounts have been prepared In accordance with the second edition of the Charfcies
Statement of Recommended Prartice issued in October 2019 and the Charities Act 2011.
The accounts have been prepared under the historical cost convention or Iransaction value
unless otherwlsè stated In the relevant note to the accounts.
The Association operates from a building owned by London Borough of Ealing under a one
year rolling lease. To date this been renewed annually. On this basis the accounts have
been prepared on the going concem basls.
