**ACTIONED 1. APOLOGIES FOR ABSENCE BY: 2. CHAIR & SECRETARY REPORT** In the light of the COVID pandemic we are very proud that Restore continued to **CS** provide information and support to ladies throughout the year. We ran virtual sessions and ensured our website and social media pages had relevant and interesting updates. We also welcomed a new trustee onboard, Vicky Brandle, Vicky will add new skills to the group and we look forward to working with her. As we come out of lockdown we are taking a cautious approach as we plan future events and hope to return to face to face events in the near future.

## **3. TREASURERS REPORT:**

**PG**

- Balance at start of the year - **£10,212.06**

- Expenditure from 1[st] April 2020 – 31[st] March 2021 was **£6,705.07**

- Income from 1[st] April 2020 – 31[st] March 2021 was **£3,476.12**

- Total amount remaining as of 31[st] March 2021 is **£6,983.11**

Due to COVD-19 we have been unable to fundraise. As QVH was being utilised as a cancer hub for many Trusts across the South East, Restore kindly provided drain bags, cushions and bras. Due to lockdown shops were closed so women were unable to purchase support bras – having a stock of front fastening bras was extremely beneficial and all agreed we should continue to ensure there is a supply available. Another useful purchase was of the surgical forceps for the microsurgery in plastic surgery, and breast mounds for practicing micropigmentation techniques.

There was an increase in expenditure for things like website and Zoom

due to moving the show and tells onto a virtual platform.

## **4. ANY OTHER BUSINESS:**

Due to COVID-19 all ‘show & tell’ events, AGM & Committee Meetings **CS** continued to take place online via Zoom. Being able to continue the virtual ‘show and tell’ events helped to keep the charity alive and support a number of women going through a very difficult time in their lives.

## **5. ELECTION OF ADDITIONAL TRUSTEE**

Vicky Brandle was co-opted as Trustee in August 2020.

## **6. NEXT AGM:**
