The constitution states: “Apart from the first charity trustees, every trustee must be appointed for a term of three years by a resolution passed at a properly convened meeting of the charity trustees. In selecting individuals for appointment as charity trustees, the charity trustees must have regard to the skills, knowledge and experience needed for the effective administration of the CIO.”

Summary of the objects of the charity set out in its governing document
The relief of unemployment for the benefit of the public, including in such ways as the trustees see fit, assisting them to find employment. The advancement of education for the benefit of the public, in such ways as the charity trustees think fit, including by developing their mental, physical and moral capabilities.
Our volunteer coaches continued to support a small number of individuals remotely on an ad hoc basis.

This year the company received funding for neither core costs nor external projects. Instead, we focused our few voluntary resources on strategic planning, training and researching how we might finance international and domestic projects.
