**Activities:** The charity's principal purpose is the preservation and promotion of Berwick Barracks as a centre celebrating the history and heritage of Berwick-upon-Tweed and its surrounding area and as a focus for artistic and cultural activities. The main current focus of the charity is on promoting and funding plans for the Barracks' (re)development to this end.
