Summary of the main actvites undertaken for the public beneft in relaton to these objectves.

In planning our activities, we keep in mind to provide opportunities for people of all ages to participate

in football-based community activities regardless of race, religion, and background.

We aim to work in not only Stalybridge but surrounding areas and Tameside in general.

Summary of the main achievements of the Charity during the period.

F ollowing a change in ownership in mid-2023 of Stalybridge Celtic Football Club, with which the Foundation is closely aligned, a review of all the clubs’ activities, staffing and resources, including those relating to the Foundation, was started. This review has remained ongoing to date resulting in the Foundation not having undertaken any meaningful activity during this period. However, it is the trustees’ expectations from recent discussions with the football club that this will change and that the Foundation will once again become operational during 2025

Brief statement of the Charity’s policy on reserves.

We have sufficient funds (although minimal) to operate in the short term and will continue making efforts to secure further funding opportunities.
