**Objects:** TO RESTORE, PRESERVE, MAINTAIN AND DISPLAY THE EDWARD BIRKBECK, WINTERTON NO. 1 LIFEBOAT 1896-1925, BEING OF HISTORICAL AND CONSTRUCTIONAL MERIT AND ACCEPTED ONTO THE NATIONAL HISTORIC SHIPS REGISTER UNDER NUMBER 2739 AND TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC IN ALL ASPECTS OF ITS CONSTRUCTION AND USE FOR PUBLIC BENEFIT, IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY, THE PROVISION AND MAINTENANCE OF A HERITAGE CENTRE

**Activities:** To restore, preserve, maintain and display the Edward Birkbeck, Winterton No 1 Lifeboat 1896-1925, being of historical and constructional merit  and accepted onto the National Historic Ships Register No. 2379 and to advance the education of the public in all aspects of its construction and use, including the provision and maintenance of a Heritage Centre as her permanent home.
