## **1. Introduction** 

The trustees of _Om Namah Shivay Society_ present their annual report together with the financial statements for the year ended 31 March 2025. The Society continues to advance its charitable objectives centred on spiritual education, community welfare, and the promotion of cultural and devotional practices rooted in Sanatan Dharma. 

## **2. Objectives & Activities** 

The Society’s core objectives remain: 

- Promoting spiritual growth through _Om Namah Shivay_ chanting, meditation, and scriptural learning 

- Supporting community wellbeing through seva, food distribution, and cultural programmes 

Key activities delivered this year included: 

- Community outreach

During the year, the Society achieved measurable progress: 

- Helping Cancer patients 

## **4. Governance & Management** 

The Society is governed by a board of trustees who meet regularly to oversee strategy, compliance, and financial stewardship. Policies for safeguarding, volunteer management, and financial controls were reviewed and updated during the year.
