PROVIDE SAFE AND CONDUCIVE CENTRES FOR YOUNG PEOPLE WHO, DUE TO PERSONAL CIRCUMSTANCES, FIND IT DIFFICULT TO COPE IN MAINSTREAM EDUCATION.

**Activities:** The Purpose and Object of ELKOLET are to advance education and the personal development of the public in particular young people who have been or are on the edge of being disengaged from mainstream school. Provide and facilitate family support initiatives for parents and guardians during the young person difficult circumstances on their educational journey.
