I report on the accounts of the chanty for the year ended 3011 Semember 2024, which are set out
on the attached pages.
The tharivs Trustees are resportsible for the weparation of ac(x)unts. The charitys Trustees
consKler that an audrt is not required for thls year urKler section 145 of ts Charities Act 2011 (the
2011 Ad) and that an indeFendent examination is needed.
It is my responsibilty to:
(1) Examine the accounts urKler sedion 145 of the 2011 Ac*,
(2) to follow the procedures laid down in the General Directions given by the Charity
Commissioners under section 145 (5) (b) of the 2011 Act., arKI
to state whether particular matters have come to my attention.

My examination was carried OLrt in accordarKe with the General Diredions gNen by the Chaiity
Commissioners. An examination indudes a review of the accounting records kept by the charity
and a comparison of the accnurts presented with those records. It indudes consideration of any
unusual stems or disdosures in the accounts, and seeking explanations from you as trustees
con￿MIng any such matters. The procedures undertaken do not provide all the evidence that
would be required in an audtt arKI, consequently no optnion 15 given as to whether the accounts
pffjsent a Irue and fair rf and the reF￿ is limited to those matters set out in ts statement
below.
In connection with my examination, no matter has come to my attention:
which gNes me reasonable cause to believe that, in any material respecl, the
requirements
(a) to keep accounting records in accordan￿ with section 130 of the 2011 A¢ and
(b) to txepare accounts whith accord with the accounting records arKI to comply wth the
accounts'ng requirements of Ihe 2011 Act have not teen met,, or
to which, in my opinion, attention should drawn in order to enable a woper
understanding of the accounts to be reached.
