The prevention or relief of poverty in Zambia by providing: grants, loans, items and services to individuals in need.
Summary of the main activities in relation to those purposes for the public benefit, in particular, the activities, projects or services identified in the accounts.
ZaRP CIO provided advice and guidance to the groups of volunteers who are partnering groups of poor farmers in Zambia. These farmers received interest free loans funded by and directly monitored by the UK partners for the purpose increasing income for poor people.

Achievements and Performance

During the period 2022-2023 Zambian Rural Partnerships continued to monitor the efforts of and advise the UK partners encouraging and making loans to partners in Zambia.
Financial Review
Review of the charity’s financial position at the end of the period
ZaRP received income from monthly payments from the current and former trustees and from transfer of funds an
historic bank account set up and operated by the current and former trustees before ZaRP became a CIO. At the end of the year it had a positive bank balance and no current or future liabilities.
Statement explaining the policy for ZaRP’s reserves will be a reflection of its holding reserves stating why they operating costs and financial are held commitments.
