Independent Examiner's Report to the Trustoes of:
QUEENSPARK BOOKS LTD
Registered Charity Number= 1172935
I report on the accounts of the company for the year ended 3181 March 2025, which are set out

R•sp•¢tivo r•8ponslbllllles of trustsos and examiner
The trustees (who are also the difectors of the company for the purposes of company law) are
responsibla for the preparation of the accounts. The trustees consider that an audit is not required
for this year under Part 16 of the Companies Act 2006 (the Act) and that an independent
examination is needed.
Having satisfied myself that the company is not subi8Ct to an audit under company law and is
eligible for independent examination, tt is my responsibility to..
examine the accounts under section 145 of tho Chariti8s Act 2011..
follow the procedures laid down in the general Directions given by the Charity
Cornmission (under section 145(5){b) of the Act, as amended., and
state whether matters have come to my attention.
Ba818 of Independent oxamlnor'8 atstsmont
My examinats'on was carried out in accordance with general Directions given by the Charity
Commission. An examination includes a review of the accounting rècords kept by the charty and
comparison of the accounts presented with those records. It also includes consideration of any
unusual items or disclosures of the accounts and seeking explanations from you as trustees
conceming any such matters. The procedures undertaken do not provide all the evidence that
would be required in an audit, and consequently no opinion is given as to whether tha accounts
present a "true and fair view,, and the report is limited to those matter3 set out in the statement
below.
Inde￿ndant Examlner's 8tatemont
I have completed my examination. I confirm that no matters have come to my attention in
connection with the examination giving me cause to believe that in any material respect.,
accounting record8 were not kept in eccordance with the Companies section 386
of the 2006 Act.. or
the accounts do not accord with these records.. or
the accounts do not comply with the accounting requirements of section 396 of
the 2008 Act other than any requirement that the accounts give a 'true and fair
view, which is not a matter considered as part of an independent examination: or
the accounts have not been prepared in accordance wrth the methods and
principles of the Statement of Recommended Practice for accounling and
reporting by charities applicable to charities preparing their accounts in
accordance wrth the Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and
