Cleethorpes Community Sports and Education provides a hub �hich creates opportunities and facilitates community cohesion� The organisation is driven to inspire all generations, irrespective of age, infirmity or disablement, financial hardship or other such social or economic circumstances, to engage in active and healthy lifestyles through sport, education and physical �ell�being� Cleethorpes Community Sports and Education is determined to create educational opportunities and to enhance the prospects of its community�

During the year, Cleethorpes Community Sports and Education secured grant funding of �1��,���, received ��0,9�� through its charitable activites, and earned �20,��0 through delivery of services� The organisation delivered a state�of�the�art �G football facility, and provided sports and education programmes at both its facility, and �due to the impact of Covid�19� through a specially created online learning facility�

The Trustees have revie�ed the Public �enefit guidance issued by the Charity Commission and confirm they have complied there�ith in excercising their po�ers and duties during the year�

INDEPENDENT EXAMINERS REPORT TO THE TRUSTEES ON THE ACCOUNTS OF

CLEETHORPES COMMUNITY SPORTS AND EDUCATION CIO

I report to the Trustees on my examination of the accounts of Cleethorpes Community Sports and Education CIO for the year ended 9[th] March 2021.

Responsibilities and basis of report

As the charity Trustees, you are responsible for the preparation of the accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act 2011 ('the Act'). I report in respect of my examination of the Trust's accounts carried out under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying out my examination I have followed all the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission under section 145(5)(b) of the Act.

Independent examiner's statement

I have completed my examination. I confirm that no material matters have come to my attention in connection with the examination giving me cause to believe that in any material respect:

1. Accounting records were not kept in respect of the Trust as required by section 130 of the Act; or

2. The accounts do not accord with those records.

I have no concerns and have come across no other matters in connection with the examination to which attention should be drawn in this report in order to enable a proper understanding of the accounts to be reached.
