Connected Homeless Financial Accounts 2023/24
This year we generated £6,143.73 in income, which allowed us to continue building meaningful support for those experiencing homelessness.
We made great strides in helping over 60 people through a mixture of in-person sessions and over-thephone services. Alongside direct support, we worked constructively with local councils and partners to ensure individuals had access to rehousing options and essential advice.
On the technology side, we strengthened our stack, increasing reliability across our Android and iOS applications, while also improving the accessibility of our website. This ensures that those who need our services can find and use them with ease.
Looking ahead, we are excited to build out our legal technology capabilities, including clearer, automated signage and support to help homeless citizens navigate the legal complexities of their journey, both on and off our platform.
