The year to 31" March 2021 saw the Old School House closed fof most of the period.
Income from letttn8 was down bv £ $491.(M).
Akhough expenditure was also down approximately £4,0￿ from the previous year. fixed
charges for utilities and Insurance plus repairs followin8 rain ¢Jama8e meant that we had
to cover spending of £6746.IX).
Although lettings from May are ￿sUming at a reduced rate, further rain damage and
necessary renovation to the buildin8 known as "The Annex" mean that this will be
another difficult year.
