**Objects:** FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION BY, PRIMARILY BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY, THE FUNDING OF PRIMARY SCHOOLS IN POOR AREAS OF NIGERIA AND OTHER PARTS OF THE DEVELOPING WORLD, AND PROVIDING RELEVANT EDUCATIONAL MATERIALS FOR CHILDREN ATTENDING THE SCHOOLS.

**Activities:** Our aim, as reflected in the objects of the charity, is to raise funds and receive donations for the benefit of under-privileged children in Nigeria and other developing nations, primarily by assisting children attending primary schools from the age group of 3 to 16 years. We intend to do this by assisting underfunded and dilapidated primary schools in the refurbishment of classrooms to provide a
