surroundlng area.
AcrivinES
The attivities of the Charity are to raise funds for and to make grant awards wlth the view of the
preseryation and conservation of St Kenelm's churth. The Charlty has not helll any commLtnity-
based fund raisin8 event durln8 the year, The Charity has not received any fundlnB requests from
Upton Snodsbury Parochial Church Council Ithe PCCI, but Is in close contact wlth the PCC re83rdlng
future projects whlch the PCC wishes to undertake.
The Trustees have met periodically to discuss progress, and have corresponded by email throughout
the perlod. They conflrm that they have referfed to the Charity Commission's general guidance on
publlc bene*it when reviewing the Charirfs alms and objectives and In plannin8 future artlv5tles.
FINANCE
Surplus cash balance5 have been Invested wlth HSBC Bank plc durlng the course of the year, and the
Charlty has recelved Interest on the invested lunds.
The Charity h35 no Reserves policy, but alms to maintain a positive cash balance, whllst provldln8
funds to the PCC as antl when the PCC makes a funding application.
