The preservation and COr￿er¥atIon of St Kenelm's church Upton Snodsbury Its chLtrrthyard and
surroundin8 area.
AcnvmES
The attivf(ies of the Charbty are to ralse funds for and to make grdnt ￿ardS with the view of the
preservation and conservation of St Kenelm's church. The Charrty has not held any community-
based fund ralslng event during the year. The Charity has not received any funding requests from
Upton Snodsbury Parochial Churth Councll (the PCCI, but Is In close contact with the PCC re8ardlng
future projects whith the PCC wishes to undertske.
The Trustees have met periodbcally to discuss pro8res5. and have corresponded by email throughout
the perlod. They tonfimi that they have referred to the Char5ty Commission's general guidance on
publi¢ benefrt when reviewing the Char¢tys aims and objectrrfes and in plannln8 future artivities.
FINANCE
Surplus cash balances have been invested w￿h HSBC Bank plc during the course of the year, and the
Charity ha5 received interest on the Invested funds.
The Charity has no Reser¥es polity, but aims to maintain a positive cash balèrKe. whllst provlding
funds to the PCC as and when the PCC makes a fundin8 application.
