**Objects:** THE PROMOTION OF COMMUNITY PARTICIPATION IN HEALTHY RECREATION IN PARTICULAR BY THE PROVISION OF SAFE, SUITABLE AND SECURE FACILITIES FOR THE COACHING AND TRAINING IN THE AMATEUR SPORT OF BOXING.
