The ZimProject Trustee’s Report 2024
Introduction
2024 has been a year of rebuilding and accomplishment. We have continued sponsoring our current students and have taken on one new university student.
Students
Our students are all doing well. They are passing their respective exams and moving forward.
FUELED Monthly Event
We are still in the process of giving time to our volunteers to recover from her stroke. She is undergoing physiotherapy to get speech and mobility back and is nearly back to full health. We are grateful for this.
Lasting Impressions Leadership Camp
We did not carry out a camp this year due to lack of funds. This most likely will not occur till we can restart active fundraising for it. Ideally, we would like to start doing this again in 2026.
Zim Trip 2024
A personal trip was made by Cathy, our founder, to Zimbabwe to re-establish old relationships and assess the needs of the schools and students we have, as well as determining how to carry out future trips with sponsors and volunteers to Zimbabwe.
Finances
This year we have continued to pay fees and stayed on top of it thanks to the continued support of our sponsors.
Letters and Communication
Communication between sponsors and students is still reduced. A better way to communicate is being determined.

We will never take it for granted that you have continued to support our students with little communication. Please be assured that 100% of your donations are still going to the students we support.
