**Objects:** THE OBJECT OF THE CIO ARE TO ADVANCE EDUCATION FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT OF YOUNG PEOPLE STUDYING UP TO A’LEVEL IN ZIMBABWE AND ENCOURAGING THE EDUCATION TO BE UNDERTAKEN WITHIN A CHRISTIAN ETHOS BY SUPPORTING SCHOOLS IN PROVIDING STUDENTS WITH AN EDUCATION THAT IS OF HIGH STANDARDS THIS INCLUDES SUPPORT FOR TEACHERS AND THE SCHOOLS INFRASTRUCTURE TO MAKE ZIMBABWEANS AND ZIMBABWEAN SCHOOLS AS SELF-DEPENDENT AS THEY CAN BE.NOTHING IN THIS CONSTITUTION SHALL AUTHORISE AN APPLICATION OF THE PROPERTY OF THE CIO FOR THE PURPOSES WHICH ARE NOT CHARITABLE IN ACCORDANCE WITH [SECTION 7 OF THE CHARITIES AND TRUSTEE INVESTMENT (SCOTLAND) ACT 2005] AND [SECTION 2 OF THE CHARITIES ACT (NORTHERN IRELAND) 2008].
