## **KIVI Trustees Report 2024**

Financial Review: January 2024 to December 204

## Monthly Storming Overview

From February 2024 toOctober 2024, we engaged in intensive preparation through prayer and fasting. Our mission took us to various cities in the United Kingdom to win souls and unite churches. This initiative culminated in five storming events throughout the year.

## London Storming Event

On 27th July 2024, we held the London Storming event, which involved all thirty-three boroughs. The KIVI team prayed continuously for a in preparation for the event. This event, the biggest of the year, was held at Parliament Square.

## Frequency of Storming Events

After reviewing the frequency and effectiveness of monthly storming, we reduced the events to every two months to ensure a more impactful outcome.

## Artist Participation

We faced challenges in bringing artists from outside the country due to costs and licensing restrictions. However, we featured UK-based artists who ministered effectively gave them honorarium.

## Operational Needs

KIVI currently needs to order tracts, SWAT cards, and decision cards annually. A chair person was appointed and also a female trustee appointed I am pleased to announce we now have a chairperson and a female trustee on board.

## Financial Updates

We have established an online bank account for KIVI, with a second account opened for the charity's operations. Fundraising efforts are ongoing to purchase the necessary tracts, SWAT cards, and decision cards.

Event Cancellations and Meetings

The "Songs for Souls" event, initially planned as KIVI's last event of 2024, was unfortunately cancelled due to lack of venue available. Trustees met fortnightly to discuss and strategize.

## International Missions

Our missions to Portland, Oregon, in February and September 2023, opened doors for young missionaries to be sent to KIVI London. These missions provided various learning experiences through churches and outreaches. The US missionaries in training continues to come twice a year

## Newsletter Initiative

We proposed the production of a monthly newsletter covering testimonials, pictures, and videos of events, which was trialled for five months. However, this initiative was paused due to its objectives not being met. *It is still on pause as at December 2024. We may revisit this in the future.

## Office Space

It was proposed in 2022 to secure a rented office space in London to enhance KIVI's credibility and structure. This would facilitate partnerships with businesses and churches. However, due to financial constraints, this has not yet been realized.
