## **TRUSTEES REPORT 2022** Looking into filling account for January 2022 to December 2022 Explained in detail about the monthly storming occurring in KIVI from February 2022 to 29th October 2022 with lots of underground preparation with prayer and fasting. This means visiting cities in United Kingdom with the purpose of winning souls and uniting churches to work together. We had event on 30th July 2022: London Storming, which involve all thirtythree boroughs in London. KIVI team scouted and prayed over each town hall of the thirty-three boroughs in London. Souls made commitment to the Lord We are reviewing the frequency of this year’s monthly storming to possibly reducing it to every two months for a more effective outcome. Planning for next year storming will include possibly bringing into London music artist from Nigeria and other parts of the world. We have to look at processing the licence for it. At present KIVI needs more or replacement of equipments, eg speakers, need to order tracts, SWAT cards and decision cards. It was proposed to get a chairperson for Trustee and more trustees preferably female The Charity is working towards updating KIVI’s bank account to enable online banking with Letter required from Trustees to the bank. KIVI’s signatory account now sorted and online banking in progress. Matter arising in Kivi, fund raising in order to purchase tracts, leaflets and speakers It was suggested that the Trustee’s meeting be held monthly on a Saturday. International mission to Portland Oregon which took place in September opened door for young missionaries to be sent to London in February 2023 to serve in various churches Songs for souls was KIVI’s last event for 2022. It was suggested that KIVI provide a monthly newsletter covering testimonials, pictures and videos of events etc. create a data base on the web site and a broadcast list that KIVI can channel the newsletter through. The purpose is that the news letter will keep people informed and encourage them to partnership with KIVI. The trustees were informed of the proposed training available in Texas in USA to express their interest if they wish to attend the training, and some requested for more details It was expressed to the trustees to pray and trust God for an office to be rented to KIVI in London as it will give the network more credibility and also to have a proper structure by that having proper structure will enable businesses, churches etc to partner with KIVI.
