Activities

GHScientific UK works with young people and families from hard to reach and underserved audiences in Essex to provide opportunities and improve future outcomes. We do this through knowledge and information sharing, outreach and community engagement activities including workshops, science and art club, Basildon street science festival and educational field trips.

Objects: The Objects Of The CIO Are:to Advance The Education Of The General Public In Ghana And Ethnic Minority Communities In The UK In The Subject Of Science, Technology, Engineering And Maths (stem) In Such Ways As The Charity Trustees Think Fit, Including By:1- Actively Engaging With The Public In Ghana And Minority Communities In The UK With Stem Through Various Events And Educative Programs Which Promote An Interest In The Subject.2- Providing Educational Resources To Children In Under Resourced Schools And In Rural Communities In Ghana3- Awarding To Such Persons’ Scholarships, Maintenance Allowances Or Grants Tenable At Any University, College Or Institution Of Higher Or Further Education.4- Providing Stem Careers Advice To Pupils In Ghana And Minority Communities In The Uknothing In This Constitution Shall Authorise An Application Of The Property Of The CIO For The Purposes Which Are Not Charitable In Accordance With [section 7 Of The Charities And Trustee Investment (scotland) Act 2005] And [section 2 Of The Charities Act (northern Ireland) 2008].
