-This year the charty donated some fvnds
to the $thool to participate partly in the
purchase of ne*4 Air purifiers for ea¢h
assroom.

time beside the academic leaming. Such
objective5 have been met.

Silent auctions at their annual gala and was
able to raise enough funds for the coming
years aebvities. The charity maintained its
other fundraising events throughout the
year such as Sales of Pain chocolat,
Galette des Rois and Bake sales.

As it was stated before the charity's
purpose is being able lo provide several
activities during the year, whether
expenses for the extracurricular events for
the children. or payments for the annual
gala that is the biggest fundraiser and
requires upfront payments prior lo raising
funds at the event. Hence holding reserves
is ensuring having liquidty ft)r the year
after.

The Charity's gross income exceeded £25.000 for the year ended 31
AUGUST 2022, and I was appointed by the Charity to undertake the
independent examination lor that year.

under sedion 145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying out my examination, I
have followed the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission
under section 14515llbl of the Ad.
