The tharity tru#ees are responsible for prepadng a trust￿, annual report and fina￿131 statements In

The law applicable to charities in England and Wales requires the charity trustees to prepa￿ financial statements

The financial statements have p￿pared In accordance with Accountlng and Reporbng by Char¢ties: Statement
of Recommended Practice appficable to thaiities preparing thelr accounts in accordan￿ with the Finanoal Reportlng
Stsndard appll(able in the UK and Republlc of Ireland (FRS 102) and applicable reguladons.
The finanaal statements have been prepared to give a Ifue and fair, view and have departed from the Charlties
(Accounts and Reports) Regulations 2008 only to the extent requlred to provide a and falr view,. This departure
has involved following Accounting and Reportlng by Charitles preparing their accounts In accordan￿ with the
Financial Repc*lng Standard appIl￿ble In the UK and Republlc of Ireland (FRS102) rather than the Accounting and
Reportlng by Charities: Statement of Recommended Prnctice effective from l April 2005 which has slnce beer¢

Project Afft Foundation meets the definition of a public benefit entity under FRS 102. Assets and liabilltles are Inltlally
recognlsed at historical cost or transaction value unless otherwise ststed in the relevant amjnting pollry notes.
