The Trustees work on a voluntary basis.
The charity is committed to mainraining the highest standards of integrity and ethical ￿havIour in
all its activities. All tlKK working for or asxriat¢d with the charity are to uphold those
stsndards. The Trustees are selected based on their knowledge of and commitment to thc arts. Onc
is a major philanthropist who is dedicated to suppK)rting the arts in the area two others are top le￿.el.

which the charity may be exwsed. and the establishment and implemenLaiion of syslems and

Northem Chords Fests'val advances education by promoting and providing opportunit￿8 for
the appreciation, understanding and enjoyment of the art of music in particular by the

provision of an annual festival, public concerts, lectures. tuition and youth engagement
programmes.

the charitable obJe￿S for North¢rn Chords Festival and w211 apply to the Chariiy Commisston lo
seek th¢ir approval of any changes.

This ￿n(KI of consideration al lowcd for ￿1vanC￿ planning of the Festival for 2025. The dates of
27th. 28ih and 2*h of June 2025 were agreed on in Jul), 2024. The three conc¢rts w'ill k varicd and
includ¢ piano and voice recital. chamber music concen. piano concerto and a ￿rfOrn￿nCe of the
0￿ra Dido and Aeneas.
