Section D Achievements and performance We have promded specialist tuition to pupils in 2 primary schools in Harrow. Vve have a reputation for provided specialist literacy tuition to improve pupils reading abilitses and schools are requests.ng our Servi￿9. Summary ofthe maln achievements of the charity during tho year Our spe(xalist tutors have delivered fun, interactive tasks and games, to help pupils develop an enjoyment in reading. In addition, the pupils have become more confident readers and have leamt reading strategies to empower them to tr￿CoMe successful readers. We have conts'nued to re￿1ve positive feedback from schools, who have noticed that the pupils have signtficantly improving their reading abilities and show enjoyment in reading Furthemiore. pupils hav8 improved their sew-esteem. confidence and mental wellbeing. In addition, due to the challenges of gaining grants, we have looked at other ways to raise funds. We have spent a long time redesigning our reading and spelling games. to make rt easier for teachersftutors to play, th minimal preparth"on. The games will be further developed, so they can be sold online and through social media. We have employed a person to help with admin, which has helped us to organise operations more efficiendy.
