**Objects:** THE TRUSTEES SHALL STAND POSSESSED OF THE NET MONEY TO ARISE FROM ANY SALE UNDER THE TRUST FOR SALE CONTAINED IN THE RECITED TRANSFER OF EVEN DATE HEREWITH AND ALSO OF THE SAID HEREDITAMENTS UNTIL SALE UPON TRUST FOR THE USE AND BENEFIT OF THE CROYDON UNIT OF THE SEA CADET CORPS AFFILIATED TO THE NAVY LEAGUE AND SHALL APPLY THE SAID MONEY AND THE INCOME THEREOF FOR SUCH PURPOSE AND PERMIT THE SAID HEREDITAMENTS TO BE USED AS AFORESAID. SHOULD THE CROYDON UNIT OF THE SEA CADET CORPS CEASE TO EXIST AT ANY TIME OR CEASE FOR ANY REASON TO BE AFFILIATED TO THE NAVY LEAGUE THEN THE TRUSTEES SHALL HOLD THE SAID MONEYS OR THE SAID HEREDITAMENTS UNTIL SALE ON TRUST TO USE AND APPLY THE SAME FOR THE GENERAL PURPOSES OF THE SEA CADET CORPS AFFILIATED TO THE NAVY LEAGUE MOVEMENT IN SUCH OTHER DISTRICT OR FOR SUCH OTHER PURPOSES OF A LIKE NATURE AS THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE NAVY LEAGUE INCORPORATED SHALL DETERMINE.
