The trustees have complied with their duty to have due regard to the guidance on public benefit published by the commission in exercising their powers or duties.
The Group has undertaken Scouting activity for the benefit of young people in the Hallow area and surrounding villages to the west of Worcester.

Responsibilities and basis of report
As the charity trustees of the 9th Worcester (Hallow) you are responsible for the preparation of the accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act 2011 (‘the Act’).

Independent examiner's statement
