The trustees are: Robert Yorke (chair), Oliver Fairclough (treasurer), Mrs J F Maitland-Jones, and Rupert Edwards.
The trustees hold an annual general meeting once a year, reviewing their procedures and strategy. They also meet informally at fortnightly church services. Any member of the congregation is encouraged to become a trustee.
As the parish of Patricio has become part of the St Cattwg’s Ministry Area of the Church in Wales, the trustees decided not to undertake any new expenditure or to fundraise actively during 2024-5. As the purpose of the Patricio Church Trust is specifically ‘the preserving and safeguarding the structure of St Issui’s Church, Patricio’, the trustees have agreed that the Trust will in future support work in accordance with our purpose that cannot be funded by the St Cattwg’s Ministry Area.
The trustees also identified a potential trustee, who brings legal expertise and joined the board later in 2025.
The church is open daily and continues to be much visited by walkers and other visitors to the Black Mountains.
