1) To foster the public awareness, knowledge and appreciation of the Welsh male-voice choral tradition, through the study and practice of choral singing and by means of public performances and choral competitions; 2) To further such charitable purposes as the trustees in their absolute discretion shall think fit. |

These activities are consistent with the Public Benefit requirement of charities in that they: •Are beneficial and not detrimental; the enjoyment and appreciation of the Welsh male-voice choral tradition is demonstrated by the number of and attendance at public performances, and; •Benefit the public in general; most performances are attended by members of the general public and funds raised are donated to charities which operate to benefit the general public.
