In 2024, West Leeds ARLFC continued to receive incredible
support from the local community, helping us secure the final
funding needed to complete our long-awaited project. Construction
began in March 2023 and was successfully completed in the
summer of 2024.
Thanks to the dedication of our supporters and partners, we
proudly opened the new facility to the public in October 2024. This

community growth - a true testament to what we can achieve
together.

In 2023, West Leeds ARLFC began construction on our new
clubhouse, with the goal of completing the build by summer 2024. This
marks a major step forward in creating a dedicated Spa￿ for sport,
conneGtion, and communrty support.
However, the loss of our charity's previous premises has made
fundraising more challenging and limited our ability to offer a wider
range of social activities for our members. Despite these obstacles, our
commitment to serving the community remains strong
and we're
working hard to ensure the new clubhouse becomes a vibrant hub for
everyone.

In October 2024, we proudly opened the doors to our brand-new
communty hub- a space designed to foster connection.

West Leeds continues to offer year-round ac￿SS to sport - 12
months a year- whenever restrictions allow. Our commitment to
keeping the communty active and engaged remains strong, no
matter what the circumstances.
During periods of limited activity, we focused our efforts on
maintaining and upgrading our facilities. These improvements
ensure that when doors are open, our members return to a space
that's safer, better equipped, and more welcoming than ever.
We're proud of the progress we've made and excited for what's
ahead.
West Leeds ARLFC continues to strengthen its ties with local
schools, working in partnership with the Rugby Foundation to
promote sport, teamwork, and healthy lifestyles among young
people in our community.
We believe that sport should be accessible to everyone. That's why

charity (Ihe Trust.) for the year ended

basis of report
As the charity's trustees, you are responsible for the preparation of the
accounts in accordan￿ with the requirements of the Charities Act 2011
(°the Act.).
I report in respect of my examination of the Trust's accounts carried out
under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carying out my examination, I
have followed all the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission
under section 145(5)(b) of the Act.
