trustees have ¢ontinued to focus on the education program designed
by our goveming bodies to ensure our volunteers have the skills they
need to help promote stK)rt and encourage involvement from all
memters of the communty from all back grounds.
We have continued to involve all our members and provided a positive,
social, responsive environment that is secure, safe arKJ y￿1¢oming.
EncouragiTrJ fnendship and supporting individuals. This has enabled
us to continue to provide much-needed support in the community and
for the players to be able to enjoy and play the sport in a safe and

West Leeds ARLFC welcomes all peo￿ regardless of pernonal
background, ¢1￿mstan￿5, farth, gender, ag8, sexuality and
believes there is a role for everyone young and old withln our
organisation.
Wrthout the help and support of th8 non-playing memb8r8'
weekend, game8 and activitie8 Within the organisation would not
happen.
In 2023 continue to gain support from the local communty and secure
the remaining funding needed for the project, the build started in March
2023 with an aim to finith in tha 8ummer of 2024

The recnjitment of new ￿ayerS and volunteers is an active part of
the survival of the dub after the pandemic, West Leeds membership
numl￿rS are on the increa8e.

when restrictions are allowed. Vle spent the time during the year
maintaining and improving the facilitTres we hav8.
The organisation continues to work dosely with k)cal schools in the
area wrth the help of the Rugby foundation.
It is important to West Leeds ARLFC that sport is affordable to all and to
support our m8mbers.
