**Objects:** THE PROMOTION OF SOCIAL INCLUSION AMONG DEAF AND HARD OF HEARING YOUNG PEOPLE WHO ARE SOCIALLY EXCLUDED FROM SOCIETY, OR PARTS OF SOCIETY, AS A RESULT OF BEING DEAF BY:- PROVIDING GRANTS FOR FAMILIES OF DEAF YOUNG PEOPLE TO ENABLE THEM TO LEARN BRITISH SIGN LANGUAGE TO ENHANCE COMMUNICATION- PROVIDING EDUCATION AND INFORMATION TO SUPPORT AND ENABLE PARENTS TO MAXIMISE EDUCATIONAL OPPORTUNITIES FOR THEIR CHILDREN- RAISING PUBLIC AWARENESS OF THE ISSUES AFFECTING DEAF YOUNG PEOPLE, BOTH GENERALLY AND IN RELATION TO THEIR SOCIAL EXCLUSION- PROVIDING INFORMATION, ADVICE AND GENERAL SUPPORT- PROVIDING RECREATIONAL FACILITIES AND OPPORTUNITIES FOR DEAF AND HEARING PEOPLE.

**Activities:** The aim of the fundraising group is to enable children, young people and their families, that use sign language as their primary language to feel socially included.This will be achieved by organising fundraising events, to facilitate annual weekends away,create pen pal friendships and use technology by Skyping.This will enhance their communication skills, promote equality and fight discrimination.
