**Objects:** FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT, TO PROMOTE, IMPROVE AND ADVANCE EDUCATION IN, AND APPRECIATION OF, THE ARTS IN THE TOWN OF CALLINGTON AND THE SURROUNDING AREA IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY THROUGH THE STAGING OF AN ANNUAL ARTS FESTIVAL INCLUDING PERFORMANCE AND PROMOTION OF THE TRADITIONAL ENGLISH DISPLAY AND RITUAL FOLK DANCE FORMS (INCLUDING MORRIS DANCING), FOLK PLAYS, FOLK MUSIC AND FOLK TALES AND THEIR ASSOCIATED SEASONAL CUSTOMS WITHIN THE FOLK TRADITION.

**Activities:** We promote  and advance education in, and appreciation of, the arts in the Town of Callington and surrounding area in particular through the staging of an annual arts festival, promoting rural touring theatre and film shows.
