TRUSTEES REPORT
The trustees are pleased to present their report tog8ther with the financial statements of the
charity for the year ending 301h June 2025.
The accounts have been prepared in accordance with the accounting policies set out in note
1 to the accounts and comply wilh the Charity's Constitution, applicable law and the
requirements of the Statenient of Recommended Practice, "Accounting and Reporting by
Charities" issued in March 2005.
STRUCTURE, GOVERNANCE AND MANAGEMENT
OBJECTIVES AND ACTIVITIES

are better able to identify, and help meet, their needs and to participate more

The charity carri8s out a wide range of activilies in pursuance of its charitable aims. The
truslees consider that these activities, summarised below, provide benefit both to Ihose who
worship at our Cenlre and the wider community of Luton.

Diverse FM Community Media & Training Ltd offer accredited training PTogrammes, including
introduction of arrange of new programmes e.g. Certificate in introduction into Youth Wot1(,
Employability Skills, Sexual Health, SIA Door supervisor, Stewarding, Personal Awar8ness,
Health and Safety at work and Safeguarding.
Revlew of Tran8actlon8 and Financial Posltlon:
The financial position of the charity is very secur8 with net fund of £78272.00 (Including
Assels) as 8130 June 2025.
Statement of Trustees, R88ponslbilltles:
Under the Charities Act 2011. the trustees are required to prepare a statement of accounts for
each financial year which gives a true and fair view of the slate of affairs of the charity at the
end of the financial year and of the incoming resources in the year. In preparlng the statement
the trustees are required to..
select suitable accountwig policies and apply them consistenlly,
make judgements and estwmates that are reasonable and prudent,
state whelher applicable accounting standards and statements of recommended practice
have been followed, subject to any material departures disclosed and explained in the
statements of accounts.

The trustees are responsible for keeping proper accounting records which disclo88 wilh

safeguarding the assets of the trust and hence for taking reasonable steps for the prevention
